Cerenion has signed a €2.28 million distribution agreement with Italian medical technology company INNOVACAREMD, marking a significant milestone in the company’s European expansion strategy. With the agreement, INNOVACAREMD will become the exclusive distributor of Cerenion’s C-Trend EEG Station in Italy. The partnership establishes a dedicated commercial channel in one of Europe’s largest healthcare markets and is expected to accelerate the adoption of continuous EEG monitoring solutions in Italian hospitals.
INNOVACAREMD, founded in 2020, is led by Marco Scorsato, who brings more than 30 years of experience in medical devices and in vitro diagnostics, together with Federico Scorsato, who contributes strong IT expertise and operational execution. The company has established nationwide coverage in Italy, with a focus on advanced respiratory and neurological technologies and comprehensive customer support.
The collaboration is already progressing, with initial hospital engagements and product demonstrations completed to support early adoption. Based on current market activity, INNOVACAREMD is targeting several million euros in C-Trend EEG Station sales over the next two years.
