Meet Our Partners: Mondiag

We are pleased to introduce Mondiag, Cerenion’s distribution partner in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Since its founding in 2016 by Jan Vodnasky, Mondiag has brought innovative medical technologies to clinicians across the region. The company’s portfolio is focused on non-invasive monitoring of intracranial parameters, with established solutions such as Neuroptics’ automated pupillometry and Delica’s transcranial Doppler (TCD). Through these technologies, Mondiag has successfully established a presence in intensive care units throughout the Czech and Slovak Republics.

Mondiag’s strong drive to introduce new technologies before they come widely adopted caught Cerenion’s interest to start the partnership.  With his pioneering mindset, visionary approach and deep expertise in EEG, Jan has been able to create close collaborations with key opinion leaders and research institutions in his region. Therefore, it was no surprise that Jan showed interest in the C-Trend EEG Station from the very first meeting The passion for creating new revolutionary tool to neurologist and neurological patients was mutual, and this early connection quickly led to celebration of Cerenion’s first distribution agreement.

In January, Cerenion’s marketing & training team (Director of Marketing, Kaisu Sutinen, and Clinical Manager, Dr. Lyna Haybout) joined forces with Mondiag at the Colors of Sepsis congress in Ostrava. The event brought together the most prestigious knowledge in the Czech and Slovakian ICU community and provided an excellent platform for dialogue on the role of real-time EEG monitoring in critical care.  Since the event, Mondiag has actively initiated pilot projects with key institutions and been visible in other events. Jan’s drive has already generated a new success story: the C-Trend EEG Station will be taken into clinical use in Prague very soon, marking a significant milestone for the Cerenion–Mondiag partnership.

“We are proud to partner with Mondiag to accelerate our expansion in the region. Jan brings together exceptional local networks and deep EEG expertise, creating a powerful foundation for growth. Through this collaboration, clinicians will gain access not only to the C-Trend EEG Station but also to best-in-class service and support” says Kaisu Sutinen, Director of Marketing at Cerenion.

“Our work for the customer does not end with the sale,it begins there. From that point on, we become partners, and often friends,” says Jan Vodnasky.

This partnership underscores Cerenion’s ongoing commitment to improving patient outcomes by enabling more accessible and user-friendy EEG montoring for healthcare professionals through the usage of C-Trend EEG Station.
